Although it’s a great views.... way too much money for the food. 10 small boneless bites for $19, shepherds pie was cold and tastes like dog food. Cold cheeseburgers as well. We had to fill out information form when we got there then we proceeded To walk five seconds to the table and had to fill out another one!!!! Not organized, food was garbage and for a small Caesar salad it was $20. Wasn’t able to order a side one! Crappy service as well, definitely DO NOT recommend this establishment!
5 tables of people in entire restaurant. . 3 waitresses. After seated we had to ask to be served. Then we ordered. Our meals came out with our appies and they forgot my sons meal. Very poor service.
We went there for lunch on our second day in Niagara. My boyfriend and I were greated and sat a table. I asked the waitress a question about the menu and she was very rude in the way she answered. Alot of attitude. The table beside us had the same problem and they actually walked out of the restaurant.
The food was ok. It took a long time to actually get anything weither it was drinks or food. We ordered a french onion soup wich was quite good. As our main dish we shared a oriental wrap with caesar salad on the side. The food came and we had french fries with our wrap so I let the waitress know after being where ever. I got my salad about 15 mins after and it was poorly dressed and the lettuce was still wet. The flavors of the wraps were good, but there was barely any chicken whatsoever.
It wasn't a good experience at all.
My family and I went to Applebee's for dinner. We were greeted at the door and brought to our table. That was the only service we got. Nobody came around to ask us if we wanted drinks and after being ignored for 10-15 minutes, we got up and left. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, so there wasn't any reason to make us wait. This restaurant should really consider changing their customer service. I honestly think they just don't care having repeat customers. Avoid at all cost.

I went to this Applebees with my husband, and the food was AWFUL! I ordered french toast, which was 3 fried eggs basically sitting on top of 3 slices of toast. The inside of the toast had absolutely no egg! My husband ordered an egg platter with bacon, sausage, toast, and potatoes. He asked for his eggs to be basted, and they came out poached instead. Our waitress was very bubbly, and apologized about the "so-called basted eggs". It seemed as though she was the only one in the restaurant who knew how basted eggs are supposed to look! Anyways, the only reason why we didn't have an awful overall experience is because of the service, which we told her that she needs to get a job where the kitchen staff know how to cook.
Great food, great quality, really nice wait staff, we went in before our day at Marineland, and the next morningwhen we went back the hostess asked my 5 year old how he liked Marineland yesterday!
Wow I just read some of these review and can not believe what I heard. My family and I just got back from Niagara Falls. We actually ate at this applebee's every morning. of our trip 3 days. We loved it we found the service was great and the food was good. I hope people don't stay away from this great restuarant. Maybe they have gotten new management since others meals there.
I definitely agree that this place is really overpriced. The cheapest item was a burger and fries for $12 dollars. Anything else costs at least $15-25 dollars. The food was ok, but for the price it was not worth it. The television commericals were what made us try applebees in the first place. The commerical claimed "mouth watering specials" between $9-12 dollars. But no such luck, I guess they raised the prices just before we decided to go. Also There was 13 people in our party, they had to split us up into two tables because there was not a table big enough to accomadate us.
The food is way overpriced - $19 for a salad??? Our waitress was excellent but the hostess was terrible - she kept trying to push us into the back because she said the waitress working the section where we wanted to sit had more tables than the other - is this my problem??
