Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. This was a welcome outcome for my husband who did not have to drive three hours to get the key to me. We like to personally thank them for their helping hands.
my wife and I were traveling in the minden area this past winter and had an unfortunate luck of losing control of the car on a slippery highway we didn't know who to call so we used our phone to look it up on the internet we then called highlands towing and they arrived within the time they said they would the driver Dwayne was obviously very experienced as he had our vehicle up and out of the ditch in no time he was very courteous and concerned if we were injured or if we needed other help other than the tow truck. Dwayne took us to highlands towing place of business in minden were they let us make calls and helped with our belongings when our friends from the cottage arrived. A job well done and a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. we would like to thank them for the professional service that was given to us.
