She Shines is dedicated to serving the families and individuals of Southwestern Ontario. We specialise in areas of birth education, emotional and physical support through labour and delivery, physical support at home during postpartum, and being with families through the difficulty of a pregnancy or infant loss. She Shines is here to teach and empower you to be your best advocate. We truly believe in the inspiration that comes from being an active participant in your birth. We are here to guide and support your partner to support you effectively. She Shines is not here to replace the physical or emotional support of an involved birth partner. She Shines is here to support your choices and parenting styles in a non judgemental manner with expansive resources and vast knowledge.
