I've had an excellent experience with EK Energy Kingston. Mike G was on time for his visits to my house, and knowledgable when discussing my proposed window project. When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.
Nice enough customer service, but when it came down to getting quote he wouldn't put anything on paper for us and didn't respond to our communication efforts. Was not easy to coordinate with.
