I needed a gas line installed for my gas range so I called them. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. We scheduled a date/time for them to come by to do the work and they called a couple of times to confirm the time. They showed up at the scheduled time and the work they did was excellent quality. I found them very reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
I was suppose to have a furance installed by them and they have the wrost customer service ever! They cancelled apointments without telling me and would change apointments times without telling me.
One apointment they were suppose to come for 8am and when it became 815 I called and the ladty said he almost there then 830 same story almost there then 845 I finally said where is he? Did you give my 8am apointment and didnt tell me. She then admited she did!!!!!!
They moved my furance controller without my permission and made three holes in my wall.
I then had to wait over a month for them to come back and fix these problems they did a bad job repairing them and got gunk all over my carpet!
THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIABLE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
