Prompt service, punctual, and very polite and professional. They got the problem fixed (loose wiring in a bathroom fixture and replacement of some hallway wiring) properly and quickly, without trying to drag on the project to overcharge. Thank you for your help!

We were having problems with our water pump for our cistern. My husband was home and called the office at about 11 am. Someone answered the phone right away, which did not happen when we called someone else. He said he would have someone drop in to have a look that day. About 2 hours later 2 young men showed up and diagnosed the problem within minutes. By that afternoon problem was fixed. Polite guys and were nice to our dogs. Definitely recommend.
Worst customer service I have encountered in my life. Don't act on their promises, don't return phone calls, don't do the job. The work, when and if they do it is okay, but service sucks. Call someone else.
My mom wants me to leave a review. She was extremely happy with the men who came to fix her broken pipe. They came early the next day and were very pleasant to deal with. They did great work at a reasonable price and she plans to use them again.
They are excellent.! They answered the phone right away.,I had the tech. Kevin by the next day and he was super. The came early Kevin and Darryl and installed my new AC, the rates were reasonable and the service was excellent.
After 9 weeks of attempting to make an appointment for a quote with one call back by an owner (who was very in nice in the message he left me) I finally talk to "Dave" who is apparently in charge of scheduling and he tells me to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I'd say to avoid Huntsingers like the plague if you're serious about getting work done. Not because of the quality of work but because of the horrendous customer support/relations.
Service appointment was set up promptly. Information was given over the phone. Serviceperson was a bit late, but since we were expecting him to arrive mid morning, I can understand the delay when things happen. The plumber was helpful in outlining the various options available to solve my problem with an outside tap. Kitchen faucet was installed without a hitch. No mess was left behind. Prices were reasonable (for a plumber)
