We have used Kelly Pro three times, couldn���t be happier with them. The last time they had to come three times do to a blockage in a drain. They had to use a plumber snake to free the drain. I thought we would have to tear out a ceiling. We had Brandon and Ryan do the work. You couldn���t ask for anymore polite and clean workmen.
Luke and company just did a new well hookup for us and don't have one negative thing to say. I had to change the dates several times without issue. Always got back to me promptly and I had to change the hookup plan the day of the install and it was still not a problem. Price didn't change and it involved some extras. Very professional installation. Definitely recommend. Tom D
Here is my experience... My parent passed away. I found an invoice from Kelly Pro Plumbing. Reached out to let Luke know the Will was in probate. Find out less than a week later that Luke trespassed onto my parent’s property & literally cut out the new pump and all the water lines they installed. No phone call from him. Nothing. I cannot believe that a “so called” reputable business would do something like that. Use them if you like, but be warned of their aggression and indifference to the law
