Unprofessional
After getting a quote from the company, contacted them to schedule work to be done. Initially was told they would schedule for next week, but next week would come and no call to arrange work (this went on for a few weeks). Eventually my calls were not returned. I can understand being busy, but if that's the case then say you're unable to do the job instead of wasting someone's time. It just seems so unprofessional when running your own business - Word of mouth is important, and you don't get a positive one by snubbing new customers.
