Chuck's Roadhouse

Worst Chuck's I've ever been to. I waited to be seated on the outdoor patio for 10 minutes so I decided to take a seat outside and wait for a server. When the server finally came she asked me where was my mask. No other seated patron was wearing masks so it was embarrassing how she treated me in front of other patrons. When I told her I have a medical exemption she said it didn't matter. Wow!

Terrible service. Would not reccomend

Worst customer service ever! Had to find our own menus because nobody around. We were served and completly ignored. Had to stand up to get noticed so we could pay and get out of there

good food, horrible service 3x in a row. no busing of dishes, no meal check, long waits, had to refill kids drinks from the bar, lazy hostess, no help, no personality or professionalism. since it changed from crabby joes to chucks they hired the worst servers ive ever seen. its ashame as the food and pricing is good butwife will not eat there anymore.
