I was told that it was a place worth trying. I found the service which was over the phone, rude, impatient, and challenging although language was not a barrier. The order I received was incorrect by two dishes. The Szechuan entrees were very sweet and tasted like a cheap bottled sauce. The chowmein was bland and just noodles. The crispy ginger beef was very doughy. The Wor won ton had very little substance to it, one shrimp per large container and very little vegetables or protein.
We have been enjoying Jack's Restaurant for over 11 years. Food is very good and always the same. Never had a poor meal or anything other than excellent service.
