Extremely poor customer service.
My comments would not fit in here, but a mistake was made booking my test and it ended up being cancelled due to a mistake made by one of their employees. When I showed up for my test, after booking time off work, they were completely unwilling to accommodate me and did not even make an effort to fit me in. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
ICBC does not allow us to have 1 person hold 2 road test appointments. We only have 1 examiner come to our office 3 times each month and we are booked months in advance. If we allowed people to hold more than 1 appointment we would never be able to meet the demands of our area. If this was not made clear to you when changing your appointment, we apologize. We did offer a stand by appointment that day as we cannot just "fit" someone in. Each road test takes the full 45 minutes allotted. Please also note that we did contact you to see if you could take a last minute cancellation the following week with no response from you.

Absolutely delighted with service
We had some vehicles to register from out of province and some insurance needs. We were so pleased with the professional service. They actually made the process, which is usually long and painstaking, quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend them, local or otherwise.
